RETURN OPTIONS

Of course, you can always return an item, because no one is happy with an item that doesn't fit, is uncomfortable, is not to their taste or does not meet other expectations.

The only thing that matters is a happy customer who can enjoy our beautiful products with love and pleasure!


There are several options for returning your webshop orders:

- Returns in the store are free of charge- Returns via a PostNL parcel point (costs at your expense)- Give to PostNL delivery person for return (costs at your expense)


RETURN PERIOD

We want to give you enough time to decide whether you have made the desired purchase, as we find it important that our customers can enjoy what they have bought with a smile. You therefore have 14 days to return, exchange or adjust your order.

If the jewel or product is not desired, you have the choice to choose another product or you can get your money back. If you prefer to exchange the article, you can make a choice yourself or let our customer service employees advise you. If you like your purchase, but the article is not the right size, for example, our professionals in our workshops can adjust it to your wishes.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Certain conditions apply to returning items. Below you will find the conditions with which you can return items. If you have specific questions about the conditions and your order, you can contact one of our employees in the store and we will see what we can do for you.

If you physically return your order to the store, we will receive your return and your purchase amount will be refunded to the account used to make the purchase.


When you return your order by post, we will keep you informed by email about the status of your return.

Your return will be financially completed within 7 working days, which means that after receipt of your return, you will be refunded the purchase amount after checking the returned items within this period. Items must be returned complete, in original condition - if reasonably possible - in original packaging (including any covers, booklets, warranty certificates, gifts, etc.).


In case of damaged or incomplete items, returns may be rejected or a depreciation may be charged.

Returns are not possible when the article has been adjusted on your initiative. Think of customizing a piece of jewelry, adjusting silverware, clocks or barometers. Watches with a custom-made metal strap are not included, with the exception of gold watch straps.


If the item is provided with an engraving of your choice, it is not possible to return it as it is no longer saleable to other customers. If our engraver has made a demonstrable error, the item can of course be returned or replaced. The error will be corrected by means of a new product or a restored engraving.


If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify Bruens Fine Jewelry & Antiquair within 14 days of receiving the items by sending an email to info@bruensfinejewelry.nl. After notification, you must return the product(s) within a maximum of 14 days.


Directly exchanging an item is only possible in our stores.


Items ordered via a webshop other than the Bruens Juwelier & Antiquair webshop cannot be returned to our stores.
